Position title: SQL Consultant

Location: Boston, MA area







Position description:



We are currently seeking candidates to travel to client sites and work directly with them to help implement, manage and maintain the companys software products. We need a candidate with a technical background in SQL with an understanding of database products(Oracle, DB2, etc.). In this role you will act as a technical resource for clients and participate in a scope of both pre and post sales activities.







Required skills:



--Strong technical SQL background



--Database software product knowledge



--Strong customer facing skills with implementation and technical experience



--Programming and scripting experience in any of these: C++, Python, Perl and Shell



--Knowledge of Linux



--Ability to work closely with both technical and sales teams
